The 10th edition of the WBBL 2024 tournament has started. In the match played between Sydney Sixers and Melbourne Renegades Women in this tournament, Caoimhe Bray of Sydney Sixers, who made her debut at the age of 15, delivered an impressive performance.

Young bowler Caoimhe Bray came to bowl in front of Deandra Dottin and conceded 14 runs in the first three balls, but she maintained her composure under pressure and bowled Deandra Dottin on the last ball. In this match, Caoimhe also contributed with the bat by scoring 12 runs in 5 balls.
This kind of performance in her debut match shows the golden future of Caoimhe Bray. Despite conceding a boundary on the first three balls, she bowled on a good line length and took a wicket and this was a very important wicket for her team.
In this match, the Melbourne Renegades team elected to bat and scored 178 runs after Courtney Webb’s 43 runs and Georgia Warham’s 61 runs. In the second innings, Sydney Sixers captain Ellyse Perry scored 81 runs in 38 balls with a strike rate of 213 and wicketkeeper-batsman Sarah Bryce gave her good support by scoring 36 runs, due to which Sydney Sixers won the match by three wickets.
