The Afghanistan cricket team has made history in the ICC T20 World Cup by defeating Bangladesh by 8 runs to secure a spot in the semi-finals. Rahmanullah Gurbaz was the top scorer with 43 runs. Ibrahim Zadran contributed 18 runs, and Azmatullah Omarzai added 10 runs. In the end, captain Rashid Khan played a crucial innings, scoring 19 runs off 10 balls, while Karim Janat remained unbeaten with 7 runs.
