Rocky Flintoff Shines with a Century in Practice Match
He handled the innings with middle-order batsman Freddie McCann. Together they added 66 runs and helped the England Lions cross the 200-run mark. After Freddie was out, Rocky continued the struggle alone with the last two batsmen at the crease – Josh Tongue and Mitchell Stanley.
Rocky handled the innings and scored a brilliant century, which included 6 sixes and 9 fours. The last two batsmen who faced about 60 balls should also be praised, allowing Rocky to complete his century.
England scored a brilliant score in the first innings thanks to Rocky’s innings. After Australia were bowled out for 214, England finished their first innings at 316 and took a lead of 102 runs.
