Asian Cricket Council has announced the schedule of the upcoming Asia Cup 2024 tournament. The schedule of the U-19 Asia Cup has been revealed. A total of 8 teams will participate in this tournament. These 8 teams have been divided into 2 groups. A total of 13 matches will be played in this tournament including the league round.
Key Dates and Opening Matches
This competition has been organized from November 29 to December 8. All the matches in this tournament will be played in UAE. All these matches will start at the same time. The matches will start at 9 am local time. This Asia Cup will be played in the ODI format. The first match of the tournament will be held in Dubai. This opening match will be between Bangladesh vs Afghanistan.
Team India’s Matches Team India’s first match in this tournament will be held on Saturday, November 30. India’s first match will be against arch-rival Pakistan. So all the cricket fans will be waiting for this match.

Asia Cup 2024: Groupings and Teams
The eight participating teams are divided into two groups:
- Group A: India, Pakistan, UAE, Japan
- Group B: Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Nepal
Teams in each group will compete to secure a place in the semi-finals. The top two teams from each group will advance, with the semi-finals scheduled for December 6 and the final match on December 8 in Dubai.
