The Australian bowlers thrashed Namibia to the maximum. Apart from captain Gerhard Erasmus (36) from Namibia, none of the batsmen were able to play well. In front of Australia’s dangerous bowling, the Namibian team was bowled out for 72 runs in 17 overs. Spinner Adam Zampa broke the back of the Namibian batting line with four wickets. Apart from him, Josh Hazlewood (2), Marcus Stoinis (2) and Pat Cummins and Nathan Ellis took 1 each.
Chasing an easy challenge of 73 runs, the Australian batsmen played an explosive innings. In just 5.4 overs, the Kangaroos achieved a big victory by scoring 74 for 1. David Warner was dismissed for 20 runs. Travis Head (34 not out) and captain Mitchell Marsh scored 18 not out to seal the win for their team. With this win, Australia sealed their Super 8 ticket.

Australia secured their place in the Super 8 by winning the match against Namibia. Also, Australia has become the second team to qualify for Super 8. Earlier, South Africa has secured the Super 8 ticket. On the other hand, today there will be a fight between America and India. The winning team will also get the Super 8 ticket.
