Everyone has seen that Nehra’s strategy has been successful in the IPL. Under his guidance, Gujarat Titans won the title in their first attempt in 2022 and reached the final in 2023. However, Nehra rejected BCCI’s proposal. So, he approached Dravid again.
Both Rohit Sharma and the Chief of the Selection Committee, Ajit Agarkar, expressed the belief that Dravid’s tenure should be extended. Along with Dravid, the tenures of the bowling coach, Paras Mhabre, and the batting coach, Vikram Rathod, have also been extended.
