CSK’s Interest in Retaining Dhoni

The CEO of CSK has clarified that the CSK franchise has expressed its desire to include MS Dhoni in the team. He said that we want MSD to play in the CSK team, but Dhoni has not confirmed it to us yet.

Dhoni says that I will tell you before October 31. We are hoping that he will play. If MSD says yes, he can be retained for only Rs 4 crore as he has not played any international match after 2019. This makes Dhoni eligible as an ‘uncapped’ player.

Meanwhile, MS Dhoni has recently been seen in a completely new look. In such a situation, the fans are hopeful that they will get a chance to see MSD in IPL 2025 as well.
