CAB Implements BCCIโ€™s New Guidelines at Eden Gardens

BCCIโ€™s New Guidelines: The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) has implemented the new 10-point guidelines of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). On Sunday, no separate vehicle was arranged for any player to come and go during Team Indiaโ€™s practice session at the Eden Gardens Stadium.

No Separate Vehicles for Players

CAB President Snehasish Ganguly said, โ€˜We are fully dedicated to complying with the BCCI guidelines. No separate vehicle was arranged for any player. All the players reached the stadium by team bus and returned to the hotel.โ€™

It is known that after the poor performance in the Australia tour, the BCCI has issued new 10-point guidelines. The guidelines further state that all the players will have to be present in the stadium during the entire practice session.

The atmosphere during the practice session was very light-hearted, seeing as it seemed that the Indian team wanted to move forward by forgetting the poor performance of the Test series in Australia.
