Champion Trophy Updates: The ICC has called a meeting on November 29 regarding the organization of the Champions Trophy. In this meeting, an attempt will be made to find a solution to the issue of Pakistan rejecting the hybrid model and India not travelling to Pakistan.

ICC’s Crucial Meeting on Champions Trophy Hosting
According to a report by ESPN Cricinfo, Greg Barclay is currently the chairman of the ICC, and this will be the last meeting before he steps down on December 1. After this, BCCI secretary Jay Shah will replace him. The ICC Board includes members from 12 full member countries, three representatives from associate countries, the ICC Chairman and CEO, and an independent director.
It is worth noting that this eight-team tournament is to be played from February 19 to March. The schedule of the tournament has not been formally announced yet. Till now the ICC has been announcing its schedule 100 days before the start of the tournament for global tournaments. The delay in announcing the schedule is due to the Indian government not allowing Team India to tour Pakistan.
