India Clinches T20 World Cup 2024
The Rohit Sharma-led Indian team won the T20 World Cup 2024 final by defeating South Africa by seven runs at the Kensington Oval ground in Barbados. With this, the Indian team has carved its name on the ICC trophy after a long gap of 12 years. After this historic victory of India, the entire country celebrated strongly. PM Narendra Modi’s Congratulations
The Indian team led by Rohit Sharma won the T20 World Cup trophy on Saturday. Earlier, under the leadership of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, India won the T20 World Cup in 2007. After that, the Indian team won the World Cup for the first time under the leadership of Rohit Sharma. Last year, this dream could not come true due to Australia being in the final of the ODI World Cup. But the strong performance of the Indian players won the T20 World Cup. After this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the Indian cricket team for winning the World Cup.
