The 1st edition of The West Indies T20 Breakout League 2025 will begin on April 25, 2025, at the Arnos Vale Ground. The West Indies Cricket Board hosts this tournament. All matches, including the final, will take place at the Brian Lara Stadium. The final game is scheduled for May 10, 2025, at Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad and Tobago. 

The tournament will feature six teams competing in 17 matches over a 15-day period. The participating teams are Barbados Pelicans, Guyana Rainforest Rangers, Jamaica Titans, Leeward Islands Thunder, Trinidad & Tobago Legions, and Windward Islands Infernos. 

The West Indies T20 Breakout League 2025 tournament will feature a single round-robin format, where all teams will play against each other once. Following this, there will be a play-off and a final.
