Karthik said I feel fortunate to represent the country.

Dinesh Karthik made his international debut in Test cricket against Australia at the Wankhede Stadium on 3 November 2004. At the same time, Karthik played his last T20 International match against Bangladesh on 2 November 2022. Karthik represented Team India in 94 ODIs, 60 T20s, and 26 Tests. Dinesh scored 1752, 686, and 1025 runs in ODIs, T20s, and Test cricket respectively. Also, Karthik has scored 3 thousand 577 runs in 234 innings of 257 matches in the IPL.
