Don’t fear from Team India in T20 WC, they will in 10 years…; The former England player took a spin

Countdown to the ICC T20 World Cup 2024

Team India Gears Up for T20 World Cup Under Rohit Sharma’s Leadership

Team India players are now gearing up for the upcoming Twenty20 World Cup after completing their duties in IPL 2024. Under the leadership of Rohit Sharma, the Indian team will play in the Twenty20 World Cup starting from June 1. Indian teams will arrive in New York in two batches for this tournament to be held in America and West Indies. The Indian team has not won a Twenty20 World Cup since 2007, while their drought after 2013 is still intact. In 2023, the Indian team came close to ending the ODI World Cup drought at home, but Australia stopped them. Now after winning the Twenty20 World Cup, Rohit Sharma is eager to make his first ICC tournament title to his name.

David Lloyd’s Critique and India’s Title Aspirations

Team India is considered as a strong contender for the title in the upcoming World Cup. But, former England player David Lloyd (David Lloyd) need not be afraid of Team India. By stating that they have not been able to win a single ICC tournament in the last 10 years, Team India has been extremely disappointed. According to Lloyd, the Man in Blue will fail to make a big impact in the upcoming tournament.

“India is a predictable team. Opposing teams accept Team India’s qualities. The Indian team has good players, but they don’t take risks in bowling and batting. They wait for their moment and that’s what strikes.. so they don’t really need to panic,” Lloyd said on the TalkSport Cricket podcast.
