Shubman Gill’s first chance to replace him was not part of the India ‘A’ squad in the first match of the Singh Duleep Trophy. Because Shubman Gill was seen playing for this team as an opener in the first match. After Shubman Gill was released from the tournament for the Test series against Bangladesh, Singh was first given a chance to replace him. He has turned this opportunity into gold.

Singh Seizes Opportunity
32-year-old Pratham Singh, who has represented Railways in domestic cricket, has also been a part of the IPL team. Gujarat Lions had bid for him in the 2017 auction. But he did not get a chance to play a single match that season. Then in 2022, the Kolkata Knight Riders team saw him join their team. For him, Shahrukh’s team had a deal with him with a base price of 20 lakhs. But this connection also became useless. Because even this team did not give him a chance to play a single match.
