After the irregularities in the financial matters of the Hyderabad Cricket Association, ED took action against the officials of the Hyderabad Cricket Association.  Former cricketer and Congress leader Mohammad Azharuddin was summoned in this money laundering case. ED raided a total of 9 places in connection with the case. This is the first summons from ED to Azharuddin, who was the President of HCA. After this fraud of 20 crores came to light, now he will have to appear before the investigating agency.
