Due to his attitude, he was fined 15% of his match fee for violating Level 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct. Along with the fine, he has also received a demerit point for violating Article 2.2 of the ICC Code of Conduct. If a player misuses cricket equipment or clothing, ground equipment, or fixtures and fittings during an international match, then this fine is imposed on them.

In the 43rd over South Africa’s batting against Pakistan was going on. When Heinrich Klaasen got out, he could not control his emotions and kicked the stumps in frustration. Match referee Richie Richardson termed his attitude wrong and fined him.
Klaasen played an aggressive innings against Pakistan. In the second ODI, he scored 97 runs in 74 balls. South Africa got a target of 330 runs. But even Klaasen’s excellent batting could not steer the team to victory. The other batsmen failed to provide support and were dismissed cheaply. The entire South African team was all out for 248 runs. South Africa had to face defeat by 81 runs.

South Africa won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat first. Pakistan team scored 329 runs in 49.5 overs. Mohammad Rizwan scored 73 runs and Babar Azam scored 80 runs for Pakistan. Apart from him, Kamran Ghulam adopted an aggressive approach while batting at number 6. He played an innings of 63 runs in 32 balls while batting fast.
After Pakistan’s excellent batting, the bowlers also showed their flair. Shaheen Shah Afridi and Naseem Shah displayed exceptional bowling, collectively taking seven wickets. South Africa was bundled out for 248 runs in just 43.1 overs.
