Following the dismissals of Indian openers Rituraj Gaikwad (0) and Yashasvi Jaiswal (21), Indian captain ‘Surya’ took charge. Supported by Ishan Kishan’s commendable performance, Suryakumar Yadav swiftly achieved a half-century.
Kishan scored 58 runs, contributing with 5 sixes and 2 fours. Suryakumar scored at a strike rate of 190.48, guiding India to victory.
