Team India under the leadership of Rohit Sharma has given a winning start in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. India has blown away Ireland. India’s Dominant Batting Performance
The opening pair of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli came into the field. An aggressive start was expected from Virat. But Virat returned after scoring only 1 run. Then wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant entered the field. Rohit-Rishabh shared an unbeaten partnership of 69 runs for the second wicket. Rohit scored a half-century in 36 balls during this partnership. But after playing 1 ball, Rohit Sharma retired hurt and left the field. Rohit scored 52 runs in 37 balls with the help of 4 fours and 3 sixes.

Pant scored 37 runs not out with the help of 3 fours and 2 sixes in 26 balls. So Dubela had to return unbeaten to zero. Benjamin White and Mark Adair both took 1 wicket for Ireland.
