Women’s U19 Asia Cup Final: India’s Under-19 team won the title of the inaugural edition of the Women’s Under-19 Asia Cup by defeating Bangladesh Under-19 by 41 runs. In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Sunday, thanks to Gongadi Trisha’s brilliant half-century and excellent performance with the ball.
India’s Gongadi Trisha Shines in the Final
In the final match played at Bayumas Oval in Kuala Lumpur, India batted first and scored 117 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
Chasing this score, Bangladesh’s team collapsed for 76 runs and India won the match by 41 runs. Gongadi Trisha received the Player of the Match award for her brilliant batting. In this match, the Indian team performed brilliantly in all three departments.

Gongadi Trisha was the only batsman to cross the 20-run mark for Team India, who came out to bat first after losing the toss. Bangladesh Struggles as India Dominates with Ball
