In the second Inning, Bangladesh lost their 1st wicket at just 4 runs. Tanzid Hasan, who tried to capitalise during the powerplay, was caught by S Dube in the very first over of Jasprit Bumrah. S Hossain and P H Emon played some good shots in the power play and attempted to stabilise the innings.
However, Kuldeep Yadav, in his first over after the power play, dismissed the P H Emon and broke the momentum. After his departure, no other Bangladeshi batsman managed to cross double-digit figures. S Hossain kept fighting from one end, completing his half-century, but his effort was not enough as Bangladesh were eventually bowled out for 127 runs.
