Strong Comeback by Indian Bowlers
The bowlers of Team India made a strong comeback on the third day. The Indian team bowled out New Zealand for just 57 runs and wrapped up on 255.
By the end of the second day’s play, New Zealand had scored 198 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. The Kiwis then had a lead of 301 runs. But on the third day, only 57 runs were added, leaving India with a challenge of 359 runs.

Captain Tom Latham scored 86 runs for New Zealand in the second innings. Tom Blundell scored 41 runs and Glenn Phillips scored 48 not out.
