India vs SL T20 Playing XI: The first match of the 3-match T20 series against India and Sri Lanka will be played at the historic Wankhede ground on Tuesday. Hardik Pandya will lead the Indian team. Ishaan Kishan and Rituraj Gaikwad can start the innings as openers.

The first match of the 3-match T20 series against Sri Lanka will be held at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai today. In the absence of Rohit Sharma, the captaincy of the Indian team has been handed over to Hardik Pandya. Suryakumar Yadav has been appointed as the vice-captain of the Indian team.

Middle-order batsman – Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya can handle the responsibility of the middle order. In the absence of Virat Kohli, number 3 inform batsman Suryakumar Yadav while captain Hardik Pandya himself can land at number 4. Suryakumar Yadav is coming back after 3 years of playing in Ranji cricket, where he scored two half-centuries. Deepak Hooda and Sanju Samson will bat at numbers 5 and six. Samson has already batted at this number as a finisher.

All-rounder- As an all-rounder, Washington Sundar and Akshar Patel can play a key role in the team. The recent performance of both these players has been excellent.


Arshdeep in bowling- Talking about the bowling, there will be two fast bowlers in the form of Harshal Patel and Arshdeep Singh and the responsibility of spin will be on Yuzvendra Chahal.
