India vs South Africa 3rd ODI Highlights: India wrap up series with 7-wicket win

 


In the final decider of the three-match ODI series between India and South Africa, the Indian team defeated South Africa by 7 wickets. With the win, the Indian team captured the ODI series 2-1. The South African team lost the toss and went to bat first. Indian bowlers rescued the visiting team While bowling excellently, the Indian bowlers bundled out South Africa for 99 runs. Kuldeep Yadav took the maximum of 4 wickets for India. Heinrich Klaasen scored the highest 34 runs for South Africa. Under the leadership of Shikhar Dhawan, the Indian team achieved the target for a loss of 3 wickets in 19.1 overs.



The visiting team was hit in the third over in the form of a Quinton Di cock. Shahbaz Ahmed dismissed Markram on the third ball of the 16th over.  South Africa got the fourth setback for 43 runs. Washington Sundar bowled David Miller on the 5th ball of the 19th over and with this half South Africa’s team returned to the pavilion on 66 runs. Miller could only score 7 runs.
Kuldeep Yadav could not complete his hat trick. After taking 2 consecutive wickets, his next ball was defended by lungi ngidi. In the 28th over, Jansen wanted to play a big shot on the first ball of Kuldeep, but Avesh Khan caught him at deep square leg, and with this, the South African team was reduced to 99 runs.
