Shreyanka Patil, who plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Women’s Premier League, showed incredible performance in the Asian Cricket Council Women’s Emerging Teams Cup today. In the match between India A and Hong Kong, Shreyank took 5 wickets while conceding 2 runs in 3 overs. She bowled an unbeaten over and the entire Hong Kong team was bundled out for 34 runs in 14 overs. Bangalore’s Shreyanka showed her all-round hazard in the WPL as well.
Indian women’s team won the toss and decided to bowl first. Mannat Kashyap took the wickets of Hong Kong’s Natasha Miles in the second over. Shreyanka then lined up wickets. Mannat took 2 wickets for 2 runs and Parshvi Chopra also gave a shock to Hong Kong by taking 2 wickets for 12 runs. Titas Sandhu took one wicket. But Shreyanka won this match. She bowled brilliantly 3-1-2-5.
