Injury Hits Pathum Nissanka After Quick Fifty Against New Zealand

Pathum Nissanka Injury: The Sri Lanka cricket team made a good start against New Zealand in the third ODI match being played in Auckland. Pathum Nissanka and Avishka Fernando gave a good start to the team. Nissanka scored a half-century in this match, but he went out immediately after that.

Nissanka’s Half-Century Ends in Injury

Nissanka along with Avishka Fernando shared a 66-run partnership for the first wicket. Nissanka had to go out with a total score of 66, which gave a big blow to the Sri Lankan team.

Nissanka completed his half-century on the fourth ball of the 10th over. He completed his 50 runs by taking a run off Nathan Smith’s ball, but then he got a muscle strain and fell on the ground.
