IPL 2023 Auction: The IPL auction ended on 23 December in Kochi. England player Sam Curran became the most expensive player in the IPL auction. This all-rounder player was bought by Punjab Kings with a bid of Rs 18.5 crore to Sam Karan. Mumbai Indians spent Rs 17.5 crore on Australian all-rounder player Cameron Green. As an expensive player at number three, Chennai Super Kings added Ben Stokes to their team for 16.25 crores.
Nicholas Pooran joined Lucknow Supergiants for 16 crores. Harry Brook was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 13.25 crore. Former Punjab Kings captain Mayank Agarwal was also bought by SRH for 8.25 crores.
