Tough Start for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2025
Mumbai Indians will begin their IPL 2025 journey against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on March 23. However, they will be without their captain Hardik Pandya, who is serving a one-match suspension due to a slow over-rate penalty from last season. In his absence, either Rohit Sharma or Suryakumar Yadav could lead the side.
After facing CSK, MI will travel to Ahmedabad to take on Gujarat Titans (GT), followed by their first home match at Wankhede Stadium against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on March 31.
