Pakistan bowled well and restricted New Zealand to 110 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. This was an easily achievable challenge. But the Pakistan team collapsed like a house of cards. The entire Pakistan team managed to score 56 runs in 11.4 overs. It was not just Pakistan’s defeat but also India’s semi-final hopes were over. Asian Teams Disappoint
Australia and New Zealand have qualified for the Women’s T20 World Cup Group A. Sri Lanka, India, and Pakistan have ended their challenges, and Bangladesh’s challenge from Group B has ended. Therefore, the performance of Asian teams in the tournament was disappointing. No team has qualified from Group B yet. There is a fierce battle in this group. All maths is fine. The last match will be between Australia and England. Everything will depend on it.
India has never won the T20 World Cup since its inception. It reached the finals of the 2020 World Cup, but there was also disappointment. Now, once again, we have to wait for two years for the title.
