Nicholas Pooran Breaks T20 Record for Most Runs in a Year

West Indies wicketkeeper-batsman Nicholas Pooran has broken the world record for most runs in a calendar year in T20 cricket. He has surpassed Pakistan’s Mohammad Rizwan. Playing for Trinbago Knight Riders against Barbados Royals in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2024, Pooran scored 27 runs in 15 balls.
