Ravi Shastri Criticizes Player Post Test Loss, Advocates Ranji Inclusion with ‘Barakan Porgan Nai’ Remark

IND vs SA – In the first match between Team India and South Africa, Team India lost by an innings and 32 runs. The dream of defeating Africa in their own role remains unfulfilled once again.

In this Test match, the batsmen of Team India threw a stinger. Along with that, the bowlers also did not show the edge that they should have, which resulted in not only Team India’s loss but Africa’s innings victory. After this defeat, the former coach of Team India Ravi Shastri is very angry with one player.

What did Ravi Shastri say?

Team India’s bowling showed a lack of experience. Mohammad Siraj and Jasprit Bumrah created good pressure in Surveeta’s spell. But the third bowler fell short. Shardul Thakur is not a thin boy he is a fourth faster. Ravi Shastri has said that it is important to have a third faster in your team when playing abroad as it makes a big difference.

While discussing with Ravi Shastri, Mark Nicholls took the name of Arshdeep Singh. Speaking of which, Arshdeep took five wickets in Johannesburg followed by four in Paarl.

He has good left-handed bowling skills but is he ready for Test cricket? Shastri asked this question. Shastri also suggested that Arshdeep should play maximum Ranji cricket and first-class matches in domestic cricket.

Meanwhile, Avesh Khan has been selected as a replacement for Mohammed Shami in the last i.e. second Test match. Avesh Khan may have been selected because of his strong performances in ODIs.

It will be important to see whether Avesh Khan gets a chance in the second Test or Mukesh Kumar is selected.
