Rinku Singh May Replace Washington Sundar in 4th T20I

Ahead of the fourth T20 match against England, great news has emerged for the Indian cricket team. Middle-order batsman Rinku Singh has been declared fit for this match. This information was given by assistant coach Ryan Ten Doeschate. He will be available for the match to be held today on Friday. He did not participate in the second and third T20 matches due to back spasms. But he is currently fit and can be a part of the 4th match of the series.

On Thursday, in the press conference, the former Netherlands batsman shared the information that Rinku Singh will be available for the fourth T20 match. He also practised on the net on 29 January. His fitness is good news for the Indian cricket team and cricket fans. In the third T20 match against England, India came out to chase the target of 172 runs but did not succeed. The Indian team was reduced to 145 runs.  The visiting team won this match by 26 runs.

If Rinku Singh is included in the team, then Washington Sundar may be in trouble. Because there are already three other spinners in the Indian team. Rinku Singh did not get a chance to bat in the first match. Washington Sundar has been a part of 2 matches but he could not show his impact.

Apart from Rinku Singh, Nitish Reddy also suffered an injury. However, his injury is serious and it will take a long time for him to recover. After getting injured, Shivam Dubey and Ramandeep Singh were included in the team in place of these players, and there is no clarity on their further association with the team in the series.
