Krishnamachari Srikkanth, the former cricketer, talked about Rohit Sharma’s poor form on Star Sports, saying “Rohit Sharma should change his name to No Hit Man Sharma. If I were the captain, I would not even have included him in the playing XI.” Rohit Sharma has played 10 matches in IPL 2023, scoring only 184 runs, with an average of around 18. He played one inning of 65 runs in the match against Delhi and has been out on zero twice while batting.

Talking about the match, thanks to the deadly bowling of  Pathirana and Deepak Chahar, Chennai Super Kings defeated Mumbai Indians by six wickets in a one-sided match of IPL on Saturday, securing second place in the league. Mumbai Indians, who successfully chased targets above 200 in the last two matches, could only manage a modest score of 139 for eight against the accurate bowling of Chennai Super Kings. Chasing an easy target, Chennai easily won by scoring 140 runs for four wickets in 17.4 overs. Chennai has defeated Mumbai in their stronghold for the first time since 2010.
