Jasprit Bumrah bowled the 83rd over of Australia’s innings. Three runs came in the first three balls of the over. Then Steve Smith could not score runs on the fourth and fifth balls. On the sixth ball, Smith tried to drive, but got an outside edge and Rohit Sharma stationed at first slip took a brilliant catch while diving.

Steve Smith returned to the pavilion after playing an innings of 101 runs with the help of 12 fours in 190 balls. With this wicket, Bumrah also broke the 241-run partnership between Travis Head and Smith.

Steve Smith’s Century and Struggles
