Team India will tour South Africa under the leadership of Suryakumar Yadav. Team India will play a 4-match T20I series against South Africa in this tour. After Team India, South Africa has announced a 15-member squad for this series. Aiden Markram will lead South Africa in this series. This series has been organized between November 8 and 15. Key Players Rested and New Faces in South African Squad
The South African Cricket Board has rested both fast bowlers Lungi Ngidi and Kagiso Rabada. Engidi was not included in the Bangladesh tour. Even after that, it has not been included in this T20i series. Rabada is part of the playing eleven for both the Test matches against Bangladesh.
Rabada has therefore been rested ahead of the upcoming home Test series against Sri Lanka. Both fast bowler Enrich Norkhia and spinner Tabrez Shamsi have been ignored by the selection committee.

Meanwhile, experienced players David Miller and Henrik Klaasen have returned to the South African team. The T20i World Cup final was played between Team India and South Africa a few months back. After that, both Miller and Klaasen were away from T20I cricket. So these two are going to face Team India directly after the defeat in the World Cup.
Also, the selection committee has selected 2 uncapped players. These include all-rounders Mihalali Mongwana and Andile Simelane. Donovan Ferreira and Patrick Kruger have also been given a chance.
