Rinku Singh Named โFielder of the Seriesโ
During the medal ceremony, Indian fielding coach T Dilip introduced a new tradition. After each series, the best fielder is recognized with the โFielder of the Seriesโ award. For the recent T20 series against Sri Lanka, T Dilip nominated three players: Rinku Singh, Riyan Parag, and Ravi Bishnoi.

In a video shared by the BCCI, it was revealed that Rinku Singh won the award for his exceptional fielding performance throughout the series. At the start of the video, teammates Arshdeep Singh and Rishabh Pant humorously predicted the winner, saying Dilip bhai was creating suspense. When Singh was announced as the winner, the entire team celebrated by singing โCongratulations & Celebration.โ
