Chasing a target of 146 runs set by Ireland, Sri Lanka reached 149 for 3 in just 16.4 overs, winning the match by 7 wickets with 20 balls to spare. Harshita Samarawickrama emerged as the star of the match, scoring an unbeaten 86 runs off 45 balls. Her powerful innings included 15 fours and 1 six, ensuring the Sri Lankan Team’s comfortable win. Vishmi Gunaratne supported her with 30 runs, while Kavisha Dilhari and Captain Anushka Sanjeevi contributed 9 and 12 runs, respectively.

Ireland’s Strong Start Falls Short
