South Africa Faces Injury Challenges Ahead of Bangladesh Test Series
Bangladesh cricket team is currently on a tour of India. Bangladesh have lost the Test series in this tour by 2-0. After that, a 3-match T20i series is being played between India and Bangladesh. Bangladesh will play a 2-match Test series against South Africa at home in between the tour. South Africa has announced the squad for this Test series. The series will start from October 21. Captain Temba Bavuma has been ruled out for the first match. Temba has to leave this match due to injury.

Aiden Markram to Lead South Africa in Temba’s Absence
Temba will leave for Bangladesh with the team. But he will not participate in the first match. But Temba will be trying to be fit for the second and final Test. A medical team will be keeping an eye on Temba. Aidan Markram will lead South Africa in the first match in Temba’s absence. Dewald Brevis has been included in place of Temba. Dewald has been selected in the Test squad for the first time. Also, Lungi Ngidi has been included in place of Nandre Berger. Nandre Berger has also been caught in the injury trap.
