If Koitzi is also out of the tournament, any of the reserve players will be included in the 15-member team. Reserve players include Quenna Mafaka, Corbin Bosch, and Otnil Bartman. Mafaka bowled brilliantly in his first Test and his name is in discussion as Kagiso Rabada’s partner.
