Surprise Twist for India in IND vs SA: Key South African Bowler Ruled Out of Second Test

IND vs SA – India has always struggled in Test cricket on South African soil. So far, Team India has not been able to beat Africa at home. Currently, the thrill of the Test series between India and South Africa is raging. 

The host team continued the 32-year tradition by winning the opening match. India lost the first match of the Test series against South Africa by an innings and 32 runs. After this defeat, Team India had to face another problem. 

In fact, the ICC has imposed a huge fine on the Indian team. Team India will have to pay a fine of 10 percent of the match fee. After this defeat, the Indian team has also lost two points in the World Test Championship. 

Meanwhile, the Indian team seems to have received a pleasant shock before the second match. Because South Africa’s dangerous bowler Gerald Coetzee will miss the last match due to injury. He could not do anything special in the first match. 

But, the ball was bouncing on the African pitch. So the Indian batsmen had to face difficulties. Coetzee took only one wicket in the first innings of the first match, while he failed to take a wicket in the second innings. 

In the first match, Kagiso Rabada broke the back of the Indian batting team with the most seven wickets. Apart from this, Nandre Berger also achieved the feat of taking seven wickets.

India’s heavy defeat  Due to the flop show of the Indian batsmen, Team India faced a heavy defeat. In the first innings, except Lokesh Rahul (101), none of the Indian batsmen could make a big innings. While in the second innings, Virat Kohli scored (76) while keeping the hopes of the Indian fans alive.

But, on the other hand, none of the Indian players could stay on the pitch for long when ‘Virat’ was playing. After the hosts took a lead of 163 runs, the pressure on the Indian team increased.

Virat Kohli fought till the end but Team India lost by an innings and 32 runs. The Indian team was bowled out for 131 runs in just 34.1 overs in their second innings.
