Suryakumar Yadav: The King of Wankhede Strikes Again
Suryakumar Yadav from Wankhede is considered a king, as he becomes even deadlier while batting on this ground. He did something similar in the match played on Friday, scoring his first IPL century while batting brilliantly. Describing this inning as his best, he said in the post-match interview,
“I can say it was one of my best T20 innings. Whenever I score runs, I feel that the team should win. There was a lot of dew on the ground from the 7th-8th over, and I knew which shots to play. I was not thinking of hitting straight, I had two shots in my mind. I had practised a lot before the game, so when I came to bat, I was very clear and able to prove myself.”
