Northern Superchargers Secure Victory via DLS Method
Mitchell Santner’s brilliance in the field played a key role in Northern Superchargers’ 21-run victory over London Spirit, as per the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method. London Spirit batted first, scoring 111 runs in their 100 balls, with notable contributions from Keaton Jennings (30), Ravi Bopara (31), and Liam Dawson (27*). Northern Superchargers began their chase strongly, reaching 64/1 in 44 balls. According to DLS, they only needed 44 runs in 44 balls to win, and were ahead of the target when rain interrupted the match, securing their win.
