Nehal Wadhera’s Stunning Bid

Nehal Wadhera struck gold on the very first day of the IPL auction. His base price was set at Rs 30 lakh, but he ended up becoming a millionaire. He received nearly 13 times his base price, as Punjab Kings acquired him for Rs 4 crore 20 lakh. In addition to Punjab, the Chennai Super Kings, Gujarat Titans, and Delhi Capitals he has also placed bids for him.

Rasikh Dar Salam Breaks Records

On the first day of the mega auction, Rasikh Dar Salam got a lot of money. The base price of the Indian bowler was Rs 30 lakh, but he got 19 times more money in the auction. Royal Challengers Bangalore spent Rs 6 crore on him.

Delhi Capitals used the Right to Match card at Rs 2 crore. After this, RCB directly bid for him at Rs 6 crore. In such a situation, Delhi Capitals withdrew their hands. Apart from RCB, Sunrisers Hyderabad also bid on Rasikh.

Indian all-rounder Abdul Samad hit the jackpot in the mega auction. Abdul Samay, who has been a part of Sunrisers Hyderabad till now, is now a new destination of Lucknow Super Giants. Lucknow spent Rs 4 crore 20 lakh on Samad, who had a base price of 30 lakh. RCB and Punjab also wanted to buy Samad.

Naman Dheer Becomes Mumbai Indians’ Star

All-rounder Naman Dheer’s luck also shone in the mega auction. Naman Dheer, who had a base price of 30 lakh, was bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 5 crore 25 lakh. Mumbai added him to their team through the Right to Match card.

Rajasthan Royals had bid 5.25 crore on Naman. Earlier, Mumbai had RTM him for 3.40 crore. Punjab Kings, RCB and Delhi Capitals also showed interest in buying him.
