Travis Head Wins Allan Border: Once again, the brilliance of Australia’s star cricketer Travis Head was on display. Travis Head has been declared the winner of the prestigious Allan Border Medal for 2025. Many other players were involved in this race. He left them behind and won this title. With this award, he got recognition as Australia’s best male cricketer in the last year. Additionally, he was also named the ODI Player of the Year, making this a truly memorable moment for him.
Travis Head is currently in great form. His performance in all three formats of cricket is excellent. In the 2023-24 season, his batting has been exceptional from the home series against the West Indies to the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against India. During this, he has played a total of 29 matches. He scored 1,427 runs in 36 innings. He scored four centuries and five half-centuries at an average of 43.24. During this, his best score was 154 runs. Travis Head has been performing consistently well and became Australia’s top run-scorer.
