The West Indies Squad has been announced for the T20 series against England. Nicholas Pooran, Shimron Hetmyer, Andre Russell, and Akil Hussain are selected.
Who were not available in the T20 series against Sri Lanka, have been selected in the West Indies team for the first two T20s starting against England from November 9. Matthew Ford has been given a place in the team in place of fast bowler Alzari Joseph. Alzari Joseph has been banned for 2 matches.
Alzari Joseph’s Ban and Exclusion
Let us tell you that Joseph was angry with Captain Shai Hope that he was not changing the fielding setting in the field. He felt that Captain Shai Hope was ignoring him and he got so angry that he left the match for some time and went out of the field. After this, the ICC banned him for two matches for expressing dissatisfaction over the captain’s decision.
Senior Players Excluded
Four senior players have been shown the way out in the T20I team against England. This includes the quartet of Fabian Allen, Alec Athanaz, Andre Fletcher, and Shamar Springer. Meanwhile, Alzari Joseph has been banned for two matches. After showing dissatisfaction towards ODI captain Shai Hope, unhappy with the field setting during the third ODI against England.

All-Rounders and Bowling Strength
All-rounders Russell, Roston Chase, Romario Shepherd, and Sherfane Rutherford have also been included in the team, who will further strengthen the West Indies. The fast bowling unit includes Shamar Joseph, Terrence Hinds, and Ford, while Hossain and Gudakesh Moti are spinners on the team.
