West Indies Chase 295 to Secure Victory
Bangladesh scored 294 runs losing six wickets while batting first. The West Indies achieved this target by losing five wickets in 47.4 overs. This is the West Indies’ first win after 11 ODIs against Bangladesh.
Rutherford faced 80 balls in this match to score 113 runs which included seven fours and eight sixes. Apart from him, captain Shai Hope scored 86 runs facing 88 balls. His innings included three fours and four sixes. Justin Greaves remained unbeaten after scoring 41 runs.

WI vs BAN: Rutherford and Hope Shine After Early Wickets
The West Indies team, after chasing a target of 295 runs, was initially stunned by two wickets in the beginning. Brendon King scored nine runs off 17 balls and he was dismissed by Tanjim Hasan Saqib. The second opener Evin Louis showed the path of the pavilion by Nahid Rana.
He scored 16 runs off 31 balls. After losing two wickets for 27 runs, how were the hosts handled by the hosts and Hope. Both of them took the team’s score to 94. It was here that Carte was dismissed by Rishad Hussa.
Hope again got along with Rutherford and the two shared a 99-run partnership and brought the West Indies into the match. Hope missed a century and was dismissed by Mehdi Hasan Miraj.

Bangladesh’s Batting Highlights
Earlier, three batsmen scored half-centuries from Bangladesh, on which the team managed to score a good score. Opener Tanjid Hasan scored 60 runs. In his innings, this batsman faced 60 balls and hit six fours and three sixes.
Captain Miraj once again showed the bat and scored 74 runs off 101 balls with the help of six fours, and a six. Mahamudullah remained unbeaten after scoring 50 runs. Jaaker Ali missed a half-century by two runs. He scored 48 runs off 40 balls with the help of three fours and three sixes.
