Women’s Asia Cup 2024 Begins on July 19
The Women’s Asia Cup 2024 will begin on Friday, July 19. Sri Lanka has the honor of hosting this tournament. A total of 8 teams will participate in this tournament and it will be exciting for 10 days. These 8 teams include Team India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, UAE, Malaysia and Thailand. The 8 teams in the tournament have been divided into 2 groups with a score of 4-4. Accordingly, hosts Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Thailand, and Malaysia are in Group B. Team India, Pakistan, Nepal, and UAE are in Group A. A total of 15 matches will be held in the tournament. In this tournament, 2 arch-rivals India-Pakistan will face each other.

Exciting Matches to Kick Off the Tournament
The opening match of the Women’s Asia Cup tournament will feature UAE vs Nepal. The match will start at 2 PM IST. Then the second match of the tournament will be a tough fight between India and Pakistan. The match will start at 7 PM IST. This match is organized at Rangiri Dambula International Stadium. Harmanpreet Kaur is the captain of the Indian team. Nida Dar will lead Pakistan.
