The Women’s Asia Cup 2022 will start from October 1.first match of the tournament will be played between Bangladesh and Thailand team. The Indian women’s team, led by captain Harmanpreet Kaur, will start the Asia Cup by playing the first match against Sri Lanka. Apart from India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Thailand, Pakistan, Malaysia and UAE teams also participating in this multinational tournament.

The Asia Cup 2022 will be played on the basis of round robin, according to which each team must play one match against the other team. The top 4 teams in the points table will reach In the semifinal. Both the semi-final matches will be held on October 13, while the final decision making match will be played on October 15.

After making their debut against Sri Lanka on 1 October, the Indian team will face Malaysia on 3 October and the UAE on 4 October. October 7 will see a high voltage match against Pakistan.
