The incident happened in the 10th over of England’s innings, when ODI debutant Harshit Rana bowled a hard-length ball. Ben Duckett, who was looking in good rhythm, went ahead and played a pull shot, but the ball did not come on the bat properly and bounced high.
Yashasvi Jaiswal, stationed at midwicket, sensed the direction of the ball, ran fast and dived full length to take a stunning catch. Due to his brilliant fielding, India got the second wicket and Duckett was dismissed for 29 runs off 32 balls.
