Pakistan vs Zimbabwe 2024: Pakistan cricket team recently toured Australia, where they made history by winning the ODI series 2-1 on Australian soil. This marked only the second time in Pakistan’s cricket history that they won an ODI series in Australia. However, Pakistan faced a whitewash in the T20I series, losing all three matches.
Now, Pakistan is set to tour Zimbabwe for a three-match ODI series and a three-match T20I series. Zimbabwe has announced its squads for the series, featuring three new faces.
3 Uncapped Players in Zimbabwe’s Squad
The ODI series between Zimbabwe and Pakistan will start on November 24. Zimbabwe has included three uncapped players: Trevor Gwandu, Tashinga Musekiwa, and Tinotenda Maposa. While Gwandu and Musekiwa have played in T20Is, they remain uncapped in ODIs. Maposa, on the other hand, has yet to play any international match.
Veteran players like Craig Ervine and Sikandar Raza will lead the ODI and T20I squads. Interestingly, senior players Craig Ervine and Sean Williams are not on the T20I team.
