Zimbabwe Sets Record with Highest Test Score
Sean Williams, Craig Ervine and Brian Bennett scored centuries for Zimbabwe in this match. AM Ghazanfar, who is playing his debut Test, took three wickets for the visiting team.
This is Zimbabwe’s highest score in Test history. Zimbabwe had earlier scored the highest score in the Test against West Indies. In that Test in 2001, Zimbabwe declared the innings at 563 runs for the loss of 9 wickets against West Indies.
